We're really excited to say that we've published our first titles.
Our first book is "The Together Company" by Raymond Robertson. It's all about getting employee rewards right and creating what Raymond calls 'a together company', basically a business where everybody behaves in ways which are right for customers and long term growth. The other title that we've just put out is "Customer Satisfaction" subtitled, The Customer Experience Through The Customer's Eyes. This is a really interesting book that deals with satisfaction measurement for all businesses. Again, we'll be blogging more about this title.
