It's all about getting employee rewards right and creating what Raymond calls 'a together company', basically a business where everybody behaves in ways which are right for customers and long term growth. We'll be posting more about this book in the future. This is a really interesting book that deals with satisfaction measurement for all businesses. Again, we'll be blogging more about this title.
